Though the vast majority of my recent work is shot on Fuji, I will always stand by my first love, the Canon system. The colors of these two couldn't vary more straight out of camera, but somewhere between the sharp warmth of a Canon and the vintage halation a Fuji can achieve, I found my photographic tone. Each has felt like an extension of my different personalities –one the more task-oriented results-driven workhorse, and the other a frolicking carefree spirit seeking wanderlust at every turn.

Every pro out there will tell you the body matters way less than the lens, and I'm afraid my take here won't be far too different. Your choice of glass can make or break the outcome of your photo, above a list of some of my favorite picks.

I found the Voigtlander buried at the bottom of some obscure internet list featuring third-party fuji lenses and absolutely fell in love with it, despite the manual focus concerns.
